EDITS/UPDATES TO EXISTING MENU:
Making changes to existing menu items  

For updates to an existing menu, please provide a detailed list of all removals, additions and price changes in a Word Document and submit to PHCP along with the downloadable PHCP Menu Project Request Form. Please note in the request the specific menu version corresponding to the edit request (Property/Outlet/Date last updated). Provide a copy if possible. Please note if this will be updated to a QR Code accessed page online. Please be as detailed as possible when communicating edits and deadlines. 

NEW MENU BUILD OUT: 
Creating a new menu that does not currently exist   

For a new menu project, please detail the full scope of work are looking to accomplish. Including: new copy, photo assets, logos, brand standards, menu size, number of versions (PreOrder/GameDay). Please note if a new QR code will be needed, including request for QR Clings or if the menu will be printed. Please be as detailed as possible when communicating edits and deadlines. 

 All project requests require at least 7-10 business days from the approval of the project by Nikki Hueckel and your subsidiary lead. Once approvals have been received, the clock will start, and the project will be submitted to design. Any additional tasks added to the approved project that were not specified in the initial scope of work will be considered a new project request and the clock will restart.
