Cocktail Strategy

The first four cocktails of your menu should be chosen from the below four Strategic supplier Brands and Recipes. Please see the portfolio below each supplier to find the type of spirit that best fits the needs of your menu. To select a recipe, simply select the Brand to go to a list of recipes appropriate for the spirit type. After the first four cocktails, you may select a brand and recipe from the section marked “Additional Selections.” Recipes may vary. Consult your subsidiary lead for exact garnish and recipe volume.
