Rum Punch

METHOD: Shake and Strain

GLASS: Rocks

DRINK DESCRIPTION: A Rum Punch cocktail with fresh lime and pineapple flavors

DIRECTIONS:
Shake with ice and strain over fresh ice

INGREDIENTS:
1 oz. Spiced Rum
.5 oz. Campari
1 oz. Pineapple juice
.5 oz. Fresh lime juice
.25 oz. Simple syrup
.25 oz. Grenadine

GARNISH:
1 Lime wedge


Classic Daiquiri

METHOD: Shake and Strain

GLASS: Martini

DRINK DESCRIPTION: Classic Daiquiri made with Rum and lime.

DIRECTIONS:
Shake with ice and strain.

INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz. Rum
1 oz. Fresh lime juice
.75 oz. simple syrup

GARNISH:
1 Lime wedge


Long Island Iced Tea

METHOD: Shake, Strain over fresh ice

GLASS: Pint

DRINK DESCRIPTION: Classic Long Island Iced Tea

DIRECTIONS: Shake all ingredients with ice except Cola. Strain over fresh ice. Top with Cola.

INGREDIENTS:
.5 oz. Vodka
.5 oz. Gin
.5 oz. Tequila
.5 oz. Rum
.25 oz. Triple Sec
2 oz. Finest Call Premium Citrus Sour
— Shake, strain over fresh ice
2 oz. Top with Cola

GARNISH:
1 Lemon wedge


Mojito

METHOD: Shake and pour

GLASS: Collins

DRINK DESCRIPTION: Mojito

DIRECTIONS: Place mint leaves in a pint glass, fill the rest of the glass with ice. Pour in all other ingredients (except for Club Soda) in the order they are listed. Shake and pour into chilled fresh glass. Top with Club Soda.

INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz. Rum
.5 oz. Fresh lime juice
.5 oz. Simple Syrup
8 Mint leaves
1 oz. Top with Club Soda

GARNISH:
1 Mint sprig
